Regarding cancelled events, Your Ticketing Account will be responsible for covering the costs of refunding each customer’s tickets when applicable.

All websites will direct customers to www.youreventsite.com, www.bostoneventworks.com, and all other websites that may be applicable for advance ticket purchases, to increase advance ticket sales.

All staff will direct customer inquiries to website or toll free phone number for info on ticket sales. Through your marketing efforts, post advance ticketing info in clear view inside the venue and in all print, as well inform venue staff of all advance ticketing options.
